We want you to love your Vael piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Must be returned in original packaging

To start a return: Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized orders are final sale.
