Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (US) Standard shipping: 5–7 business days Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

Free shipping on orders over $75.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (10–21 business days). Customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties.

Lost or Stolen Packages Vael is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your carrier directly with your tracking number.
