Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Vael ships to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged shipments
Vael is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly at vaelhq@outlook.com to file a claim.

International shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
